Description
The debeader VN 1500-30kW is composed of the following main parts: a frame, scissors for cutting the heel cable, an assembled beam with a guide for the pulling pin, a hydraulic vice for gripping the cable being pulled, a hydraulic unit, an electrical distribution board, and a pulling pin.
The puller is equipped with scissors for cutting the heel cable. For large tires, we recommend cutting the heel cable. For smaller tires, this is not necessary.
The tire is placed on the extraction pin. Then it is pulled through the guide under the vice, the vice is tightened, and the pulling through the guide continues until the heel cord is completely torn out. Finally, the extraction pin is pushed back to its original position.
