The hydraulic shears HN 900 consist of the following main parts: a base mounted frame, upper movable hydraulic cutting jaws, safety barriers, hydraulic tire clamping, hydraulic tipping tire loader, hydraulic unit, and a control electrical distribution unit located on the hydraulic unit.
The tire is loaded onto the hydraulic loader. The loader lifts the tire and places it on the cutting table with rotating rollers. The hydraulic clamp (clamp) presses the tire against the cutting surface. Then the cut is made. The clamp is released and the tire is rotated on the rotating rollers by the desired angle. After rotation, the tire is pressed again and another cut is made. It depends on the operator how many pieces the tire will be cut into.
